Pilates Brunch Club brings people together through movement, conversation, and shared experiences that feel welcoming and intentional. What began as a small gathering has grown into a multi-layered community built on connection.

Best known for our signature Pilates Brunch Club events, we now host a range of experiences, including movement-based gatherings, book clubs, supper clubs, and smaller, more intimate events. Each one is thoughtfully curated to encourage meaningful relationships and real conversation.

Over time, Pilates Brunch Club has connected thousands of women and collaborated with small, local businesses across California. Our events have taken place in hotels, rooftops, wineries, private homes, salons, and restaurants. While no two events look the same, they all share the same purpose: creating spaces where people feel comfortable, seen, and connected.

Pilates Brunch Club officially became a registered nonprofit organization in 2024. In 2025, we raised $30,000 to support local domestic violence survivors through partnerships with HAVEN in Stanislaus County, Napa News, and Domestic Violence Solutions in Santa Barbara.

In 2026, our goal is to raise $40,000 to continue supporting survivors and the local organizations that serve them. Pilates Brunch Club exists to turn shared experiences into collective action and meaningful community impact.

Meet Victoria!

Victoria Popoff is a nonprofit founder, Pilates instructor, and community builder with over 25 years in the fitness and wellness industry. She built and led successful Pilates studios for more than a decade before shifting her focus toward philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, and community impact.

Her work sits at the intersection of wellness, leadership, and social good. Victoria currently serves on the board of Healthy Alternatives Violent Environments (HAVEN), where she supports trauma-informed, survivor-centered work for individuals impacted by domestic violence, human trafficking, and crisis situations. This experience shapes how she approaches advocacy, community care, and ethical leadership.

She is pursuing a master’s degree in nonprofit communication at Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on strategic nonprofit communication and storytelling, public relations, and mission-driven brand strategy for impact-focused organizations.

In practice, Victoria:

  • Teaches Pilates in Modesto and Santa Barbara
  • Designs and leads movement-based community experiences
  • Facilitates workshops on branding, collaboration, and community building
  • Uses wellness as a tool for connection, confidence, and social impact

Outside of her professional work, Victoria enjoys antique shopping, books, rescuing stray cats, and life with her husband, Handsome Brad. She shares real-life lessons from building a nonprofit online and is quietly developing a podcast centered on leadership, reinvention, and doing good on a larger scale.
